Real world league, need help with other leagues

I am creating a real world database complete with logos, pictures and all the real players. I have already completed all the majors and minors, but need help with all the other leagues. I know of a few people who said they were ding differrent leagues, and i just wanted to know if they know how to import them as i do. On your league setup after you create the league there is a tab that let's you export then import roster. Its all done using a txt file. If any one is interested I will upload the file for your league.
