Editing Ballparks

Can someone please tell me how to edit the ballparks once I'm in "Options & Ballpark"?

While I have nothing against "The Ballpark of Fukuoka Daiei," I prefer Fenway Park when playing with the Sox. The drop-down menu is grayed out, so I can't pull that down to get any options, and I can't seem to find a button to activate editing.

I'm on the very first day of the season, so I haven't played any games or made any transactions--I don't know if that matters. Also, I am playing the Mac version in case there are any differences between the two versions.

I also have a question regarding editing ballparks, this one in terms of .csv files - in the categories "temperature/rain0", "temperature/rain1", etc., does the "0" signify January, "1" February, etc.?

You can't edit the ballparks unless you are the Commissioner of the league - you can create a Commissioner, choose him, edit the parks to your heart's content, and then re-select your manager character and play the game.

When you're the Commissioner, you'll notice an "Edit Ballpark" button at the bottom right of the ballpark info screen that wasn't there before.
