But the question at hand is...are there any available made specifically for OOTP 2006?
I know there is the Databases and various imported rosters...but those have errors and the databases are only good for last season's rosters... Now I myself am content with the databases...but my online league is in a holding pattern until one is released...so I would like to know how many are in development, and how far along each of those are...in addition to my previous question.

I also assume that if it is rushed to release he will get a ton of "this isn't right .... this guy is rated wrong" and those posts will outweight the Thanks for your time and effort posts. |

MLB 2.0 Quick Start works just fine
I have the same personal flaw as many others on this board... I need to start with "real" players. The reason is simple, it's a short-cut to knowing who is who at the start of a simulation, ie I can look at my roster (and competitors') and immediately know who the sluggers are, who the utility players are, and who the washed up hangers-on are. Don't have to open every profile to try to figure this out. As fictional players emerge, they slowly take over; but it takes 8-10 seasons before they are a majority.
This said, I waited a couple of weeks for the Cubby Fan roster, but in the meantime downloaded the MLB 2.0 QS... and it works great! Realistic; no crashes; has everthing you need; etc. Starting Yr 2 and I'm quite happy w/ it. Don't see any reason to concern myself with Cubby Fan's release date (No disrespect intended; just don't know why/how it could be any better than this QS) |
