Question about getting the roster set into my game

i am super new to this game. i want to get the new roster set into my game so i can start a season but i have no clue how to do it. can someone give me step by step directions how to do this.

ok i was able to get it into the game. here is how

go to the new site to dl . the location is on the last page of the thread. dl into C:\programfiles\sportsinteractive\ootp2006baseball \data\saved_games make sure to actually place it in saved games. it should be installed.
