Question for Cubby, GForce or Rolen

I wanted to ask you guys a couple of questions about the rosters for this version. What I wanted to know was how you were handling the ratings for this version, do you have some type of formula for batters like say this:

AAA batters are rated for having a major league equivalancy batting average of say .230 to .250... AA is .200 to .229... A is .180 to .199, etc. And then the same thing for pitchers, ie. AAA era's of 5.50 down to 5.00, AA 6.00 to 5.49, etc.
