Best Mod For Newbie?

I am not much into solo play or real rosters but, I have turned on a friend to the wonderful world of OOTP. He wants to play as close to MLB as possible. What is the best/easiest Mod for him? If I am not mistaken, I thought there was an "All-in-One" Mod for version 6. Has there been one made for Baseball Manager yet?

There hasn't been an all-in-one installer made yet. Just direct your friend to www.ootpmodsquad.com and dl and unzip a roster set. Most of them have logos and player pics included already in the zip.
