Ever bought Ron Schandler's Baseball Forecaster? Seems like a great book. I accidently bought the 2006 version but was looking through it and it seems to be a great source to help make offensive rating for batters speed rating and ratings for pitchers.

I like to tinker with rosters, adjusting for players that perform above or below expectations. Also, its great to set up Rosters for 2007 based on forecasted results, not 2006 final results.
