Template with MLB team names, minors???

Does anyone have a world template that has all the MLB team names, logos, minors, etc already in? I don't care about the players. I am getting ready to start typing it all in, but thought someone must have done this already.

minor team names are easy to find out, just google them. its a bit time-consuming, but it works. the problem with minor league logos is that the minors are forever changing. in the ny-penn league for instance, this past year alone, my hometown, williamsport pa, switched major league affilliate from the pirates to the phillies, state college went from cardinals to the pirates. and in the triple A league scranton lost their affiliate with the philles and picked up the yankees. its just way to ever-changing to have decent, accurate minor league logos

Heh, I'm a newbie here and I'm having trouble getting any of the db's to import..it always says that the import has failed...moreover I cannot locate a master.csv file on lahman or on cubby's...how do I get these to work so I can play with "real named" players? thanks
