his site may be temporarily down. he let us know a few days ago that he was going on vacation, so there is no one monitoring his site right now (he doesn't have access to a computer).
give him a week or 2 when he gets back and I'm sure he'll have things up and running.

I'll be gone all next week, but I expect the site to be available for the entire time.
The problem is not my site, but the fileserver behind the scenes. My partner, jazzrack, who was cool enough to donate the server space and bandwidth is currently having some UPS (Power Supply, not the shipping company) issues which causes the router to reset and then you can't get to the files. We just need to give him some time to sort it out. He knows that folks are not able to download right now and is trying to determine the best long-term solution... Al

Still an FYI that the files on the site are still unavailable to download. I know it is being worked on but just wanted to update people that it wasn't working.
