best way to import 2006 stats?

i guess this is a ? for the more experienced roster builders...
was getting ready to import last year's stats as i'm doing my own rosters and was wondering what the best method is to do so..

what stats are you trying to import? MLB stats? Because if that is the case you should do it when setting up your set initially from Lahman.

yeah mlb stats. but mine gets stuck trying to load complete history for 2006 for some reason. was trying to figure out an alternative
