Where do I go for correct team names???

Created a Standard league, fictional players. Need to get the correct team names but what do I use. Was on PadresFan Website and tried the Fictional MLB 2007 Quick Start Version but Manager is "Joe Unknown". Not likin that! So where is the template that just adds the correct team names for majors and minors? I know there is one done by "Icy" on the website, but I don't want to start with an inaugural draft, unless that is my only option.

you do not have to start with a draft, you can change it at the beginning. As far as the manager is concerned, go to the manager screen and create a new one and delete Mr. Unknown.
