Making current rosters? Start here...

I downloaded cubby fans roster and have been updating it for over 3 hours now. If anyone is interested in making your own rosters then I found 2 sites that will help you.

1. MLB.com
I went to the free agent pool after I got cubbys rosters and then I went to mlb.com. I typed in a lot of players names that are in the free agent pool and I got there correct team. I then went on the game and went to player edit and put them on the correct team.

Not sure if this site is the best one out there but I love it. It has the contracts for a lot of mlb players and coaches. When i was in the player edit part in the game I was importing there correct salary to. This site breaks down most of the salarys such as a guy signs a 3 year deal and this site tells me what he gets in the first, second, and third year.

I hope these sites will help anyone interested in making there own sets. I have been working on cubbys for a few hours but I don't mind because it will make the game enjoyable for me. Good luck all

these didn't import well for me...you will find a few "bugs" in those rosters...not cubby's fault, it's how they import into 2007...Mark Prior was one I believe. Also, reset lg totals before you sim or it will crash...

Yeah I seen that I have to go to something dealing with restore defaults. I did that now but I'm thinking there is going to be a problem with having more then one of the same player in the game. (there are like 4 or 5 david wells lol) As for Mark Prior, well I put him on the DL for the year so I'm hoping he won't cause a problem. Man prior causes problems in real life and in a game.
