Good news about a 2007 Roster Set

For about a month, I have been working tirelessly to develop a roster set for the OOTP Community. Though I originally intended to keep it to utilize for my own league, I have lately noticed that unforseen circumstances (natural disasters, mysterious hospitalizations, families sprouting up out of nowhere, plane crashes, etc.) have prevented the royal roster makers from completing their task. As a result, I will be releasing my Beta Set on Saturday night. Stay tuned for more details.

Haha, don't believe the hype, there's no such thing as a jynx. Can you dabble a little into what is contained in the Roster Set?

I also would like to know what is contained in the set. I have been updating cubbies rosters for about a week now. I have been putting ppl on the right teams, fixing contracts, fixing fan base and loyaltys. I was thinking about releasing it when I was finished but if your coming out with one then I might not. Are you using someones rosters and changing and updating things? How up to date will it be? Will it have correct contracts? Relife coaches? ect. I will keep working on mine since until there is a real roster out to download no one can trust one will be done.

Guys, if you are working on roster sets, don't be afraid to release them. I'm sure most of us would prefer 10 different sets to choose from than none because eveybody is stopping to work on his own thinking that another guy will release his work before.

In the past we had at least two different sets to choose from, and each one had his fans. Look at the jerseys mods, there are alot with the same jerseys but none is exactly like the others. Imho the more variety the better.

It looks like his warnings were for criticizing APujols5 for not delivering on his rosters. I hope someone who did that would realize that a "joke thread" about having a roster set ready for release is not very funny.

Since Saturday night is not over I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Then again, what do I know. I only have 5 posts.

Well. it's now Sunday afternoon here. Any update on the rosters? Possibly bigtay got hit by a bus?

You're not going to come up with a fake wife and kids to place the blame on like another special person did, are you? Excuse me for being cynical but if you go here http://www.myspace.com/ozziethesaint you'll see why I am. I'm still giving bigtay the benefit of the doubt right now though and hope to have another set of 2007 rosters to use soon.
