I'm sure you figured it out by now, but you just need to enable coaches and scouts.
Click GAME/GAME SETUP then you just check the two boxes.

Yeah, Maddux is the same - their stats are listed twice. I just exported all of the stats out and you gotta open up the text file and delete the double stats for Clemens and Maddux - then import it back in and everything should be fine.
I actually don't have any stats listed for Sosa at all.

The problem I have found with the incredible pitching and lack of hitting with this roster set, is that if you have the ratings weight based on 2005 at any percent ....

Not one pitcher in the league gave up a run or homerun in 2005 based on their stats listed.
I'm entirely not sure if this is even looked at by the game when it takes performances versus stats into account.
But everybody has 0 for HR & R, pitching wise in 2005.

So without going in and fixing everybody's stats, it would probably be best never to weight things on 2005?

Does this set not have any fielding or speed/SB ratings? I just started playing with them and dont see any players rated.

Go into Game Setup and change the "other ratings" to shown and a particular number system. It just has them turned off at the moment.

There's a 404 error on the download link. I'd like to grab this, so I thought I should mention it.

Several things:

1. The most recent set is on PadreFan's OOTP site. I didn't figure to host it, if he has it up too.

2. I'm sure I'll update this. I don't really have the time. I'd like to, I just don't know that I will. If I do, it'll be over Memorial Day weekend, given that it's ample time to try to make something happen.

Sorry for the lack of reply. I do think there has to be a way to cultivate something that's lasting in terms of real life rosters and the such. But...I think such a coordinated effort would have to be organized effectively and that there would need to be cohesion among the participants.

I'd be inclined to start something...but....I don't know if there is enough interest to do something like that.

You did a real good job on the majors and ratings and everything in the majors. If you could put together a full minors with this set, it'd be great dawg. Good work on the majors.
