The closest you'll get will be the Lahman database, but that'll give you rosters as of the end of 2006.

Ok thanks anyway guys. Reason i would want it like that is that i wanted to set up some other leagues (UK mainly so i could manage my local team) aswell as MLB. I know UK would have ficitional players but i think it'd be a cool hybrid.

I believe you can add leagues to the exisiting leagues. So just use those rosters and create another UK league.
