I can't seem to find the England Quickstart?

Some guy created an England leauge and I wanted to give it a try...but I can't find the link anymore...can someone help?

I created the EBL (English Baseball League) and posted a bunch of screen shots of some of the teams...

however, I need to find a place to upload it because the file is way too bug to upload here.
if anyone has any tips as to where I can do that for free please let me know
