For roster makers: If you have ESPN Insider (MLB Draft).....

ESPN.com has their own grades on each of the draftees, including:

Overall grade: (20-80)

For hitters: (20-80, both current and potential, with comments)
Hitting (current only)
Power
Plate Discipline
Running Speed
Base Running
Fielding Range
Arm Strength
Arm Accuracy
Fielding Instincts
Feel For Game (?)

Included are writeups about Physical Description, Batting Stance, Ultimate Role, and Draft Estimate.

For pitchers: (20-80, both current and potential, with comments)
Fastball
Fastball Movement
Command
Control
Curveball
Slider
Changeup
Splitter
Other Pitch
Feel For Pitching

They also have writeups about Physical Description, Arm Angle, Mechanics, Tempo, Release Time, Ultimate Role, and Draft Projection.

These could be invaluable if roster makers wanted to include this year's new draft picks in their rosters. While the grades might be off a bit, its at least a good place to start. Thought you might like to know.
