RAR file extension

What do I do with a quick-start download that has an RAR file extension. I'm trying to downlad from Modsquad's sight.

use WinRar to open the file.

There is a trial version here...

Or use IZArc, which is 100% freeware.

I use IZARC myself, since it opens many file types, but occasionally I find RAR files that will only open with WINRAR.

Or 7zip, which is both free, and open-source, and handles a metric butt-ton of compression and archiving formats.
