Does anyone know where I can find a historical alphabetical listing of MLB players and the numbers they wore?

I know it's not alphabetical, it's by team, and incomplete for some team's history. It's a pretty dang good place to start, though. Plus, for a bunch of the teams, there's salary data as well. Not sure what historical years that you want.

There's also a book called Now Batting, Number . . .

That's what I've used to get my players and teams correct.
