26 Team, 162 Games, Interleague Play Schedule Request.
My league has 26 teams. In the first sub-league, my divisions are 4 teams, 5 teams, and 5 teams. My second sub-league has 3 divisions with 4 teams a piece. I play a 162 game schedule with interleague play. Can someone whip that up for me? Thanks.
Please let me know if you need more info about my league. |

These assymetric subleagues with interleague do not lend themselves to getting "whipped up" .
Would you prefer something similar to MLB in terms out layout? Meaning, about 20 games per division opponent, about 10 games per other league opponent, and about a total of 18 interleague games; All-Star Break mid-July, season start beginning of April, season end about the first of October? |

That sounds good. I just need a schedule with interleague play so that I can get my 1995 season started..lol. If you could, I would like it so that every team has a day off every so often. Like, no team plays more than 10 or 11 games in a row or something. That's how the schedule for my league was when before I expanded by two teams.
I plan on expanding with another 2 teams after the 1999 season so I may be back Last edited by falkonisback; 03-31-2008 at 10:02 PM. |

Oh, it is doable. I found proof of that in digging up a previous schedule with the same structure (though different arrangement of the divisions). Kinda forgot about it.
It is a bit different in layout than what I had been playing. More like 12-15 total interleague games, with only one other division being played interleague rather than a grab-bag from across the interleague divisions. In line with what I had been thinking division games range roughly from 16-20 per opponent, and non-division league games range roughly from 9-12 per opponent. I will try to look at it tomorrow to check it over more thoroughly. Hopefully it can be put up with little work. |

Here are 3 files (zipped up) that are rearranged and reformatted versions of the schedules found here: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ml#post1305479
The 3 files mix up the interleague matchups among the divisions, so using a different schedule each season will vary those games. Any problems, then let me know. |

Gmo
Ok I get it, GMO is the Willie Mays of this schedule thing...
GMO I threw some posts around but here is what I am trying to do. Expand my IBL (Dynasty thread here this next winter from 24-26 teams, putting both expansion clubs in 1 league, and then introduce 1 3 game interleague series per year. I guess what I might be asking , short of "is it doable", is how do you actually do it? I'd like to learn because I want to schedule my interleague as rival series i think, picking which teams play which. I am just thinking that 26 is going to make my request undoable. |

I am not going to introduce interleague yet, to keep a balanced schedule.

Well, here we are six months later and still no response. GMO hasn't shown up for like three years now...
And Curt, make a new thread next time you want a schedule. |
