Another Schedule Request

This one is rather simple.

2 subleagues of 2 divisions each
Each division has 4 teams
16 total teams
Use as many 4-game series as possible

Each team plays 26 games against each division rival, and 13 games against the other 4 teams in their league.
Each team plays two 2-game series against each interleague team for a total of 162 games.

Season starts first Thursday on or after April 1, and ends first Sunday on or after October 7.

I'd like an update to this schedule with the following changes:

No more league-wide off days.
One Monday/Wednesday series surrounding the ASG.
4-game series precedes 2-game series eabout 1/3 of the weeks.
Season spans one week longer than previous schedule.
Last week of the season contains 7 doubleheaders for each team.
Consecutive off days and 4-game weeks are fine.
More 3-game series. H/A for division rivals should be split 13/13 at least half the time.
