CPBL's 1997 schedule needed (7 teams, each team 96 games per season)

Hello, I'm busy in completing my CPBL's mod construction.

Right now, I need a schedule for one league consisting of seven teams. Each team plays 96 games from March to October with an all star week in June or July to separate the season into upper and lower halves. Like existing CPBL’s postseason arrangement, championship also took place in late October or early November. Two teas with highest winning percentage in two different halves competed in the final games.

To tell the truth, this is a very special case only happening in CPBL's 1997 season. After that, CPBL became six- team based baseball league!

Also appreciate gmo’s kind help beforehand!

# 7 team schedule, 96 games
# Designed for the following configuration:
# 1 subleague with 1 division with 7 teams
#
#
# 16 games against 6 other teams in division (8H/8A)
#
#
# Series are all 4-game, one per week
# Thus multiple offdays per team per week
# Monday is always an offday for all teams
# Plus since odd number of teams one teams also off all days of each week
# With 28-week season and 7 teams, each team has 4 full offweeks in season
#
# At half-way point in season also an additional full week off for all teams
#
# All game times set at 7:05pm
#
# Season begins first Tuesday on or after March 20
# Season thus ends in early/mid-October
#
# No All-Star Game set because of 1-division configuration

Gmo, thanks for your hardworking!

When locating your response, I immediately imported your schedule file to my cpbl mod.

<a href="http://s392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/?action=view&current=Figure1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/Figure1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

But I found a big problem. The screen told me I cannot import your schedule as the following picture shows. As a result, the AI chose another schedule to replace yours.

<a href="http://s392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/?action=view&current=Figure2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/Figure2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

I think I have established a seven team-based league and made correct league setting as possible as I can.

<a href="http://s392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/?action=view&current=Figure3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/Figure3.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

<a href="http://s392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/?action=view&current=Figure4.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/pp1/linih2007/Figure4.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

If possible, could you check this schedule file? I really need this schedule file to actually reflect the cpbl's 1997 seasons I aim to constrcut.

Thanks for your kind help in advance!

ps: I also established another fictional league consisting of 7 teams. To my disappointment , this problem is also not
solved for this new roster set.

Check to make sure the settings inside OOTP match what the schedule file specifies. If there is any mismatch in the details, the file won't load (e.g. league size, alignment, balanced games yes/no, interleague yes/no, number of games in schedule).

Sometimes it's not clear if you've actually had the game regenerating a schedule from scratch. Just changing the schedule settings does not actually create a new schedule file.

I had an issue similar during testing where I was trying to load a schedule file and it wouldn't go through.

There was a small problem with the schedule file. I made a fix and was able to load it into a league that was created with 8 teams then had 1 deleted to get down to 7 teams.

The attachment above has been replaced with the fixed file, so simply download from that link again to get it.

Just show you some pictures to prove your schedule works very fine with CPBL's 1997 mod!

No wonder, your schedule has made Taiwan's nostalgia sim baseball achieved further progress.

Thanks for your timely help once again!
