Hall of Fame picture question

I just recently migrated from OOTP13 to OOTP16. My custom jersey's and hat's however did not come over and had to be manually re-added. As such, my Hall of Fame player plaque's do not contain the 'real' jersey's and hat's the player wore. Is there a way to update the Hall of Fame plaque pictures with the correct jersey's and hat's? Thanks in advance for any help with this!

There a way to delete the player photo and when you load teh HOF again teh jersesy will show up. Try Pming Lukasberger.
