The Start Of Baseball

I picked up version 19 and found some new and exciting stuff under the hood. So this time instead of the same boring 8 teams, you know who those are. We now have in this version,
Washington ,Troy, Rockford, and Fort Wayne. This time around I will be taking the helm of the Washington Olympics.

Notes: I deleted the All Star Game as there will be a 32 game season with interleague play.

We are sort of to the quarter of the way mark in the season. Looks like a race between New York and Troy. Washington is falling behind with our third straight loss.

The season is almost to the half way point. Troy has fallen on hard times, losing 5 straight. Our Olympics are not doing much better with a 6-13 record.
George Hall (BOS) is the hottest hitter now .460 BA, but Jimmy Wood (TRO) is hot on his tail. .456 BA.

The 1871 Season went down to the wire between Troy and New York to see who will take their division.

But it was Philadelphia who pulled it out in the end

1872 Season
I forgot to update a schedule and will have to use one not some friendly. 50 games in 2 months. But this may turn out good after all.

The 1873 Season is about to get underway. Will the Washington Nationals ever win a game? Will the Eckfords stop their losing streak of 31 games. Stay tuned to find out.

As we get ready for the 1874 Season, there are two items to report. The Elizabeth Resolutes have moved to Hartford and will
be called the Dark Blues. Another move as the Baltimore Marylands move to Chicago and are now the White Stockings.

First Part Of June
Nationals win their first game 8 games into the season. And then lose their manager. Hartford Dark Blues are the hottest team now.
