Help w/Upgrading from OOTP14

EDIT: Please disregard. I found the answer on Reddit.

I'm looking to upgrade from OOTP14 to the latest version and want to retain my current league. Am I correct in assuming I must import my OOTP14 league into each successive version, up to and including OOTP19? I downloaded the PC demos for OOTP15 thru OOTP18, but when I try to run the setup files, my PC doesn't recognize the file type and prompts me for the proper program to execute the setup. The OOTP15 demo setup file downloads as ootp15demosetup.1537024960. What on earth is this file type and what do I use to open/execute it?

Sorry for posting here, but I don't have permissions to post in the tech forum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
