New Step when no response to tickets?

So if you posted here and they requested you create a ticket. Once you create a ticket if no one ever responds, what is the next step?

not certain how long ago you posted a ticket. sometimes they get busy - but you could try emailing. or reposting your issue on the boards. they're usually very good about getting back to you. restating issues and giving ticket # would probably be helpful if you email.

Yeah, send me an email if you want to look at expediting a ticket. I've been gone to Cali on a business trip so the ticket responses have slowed and you have my sincere apologies about that. I will be working with Lukas to ensure that we catch up on tickets and get back to everyone.

Hi, I've had a ticket open and unassigned for about two weeks, regarding an issue that is fully preventing me from using OOTP19 altogether, so quite severe.


I've emailed about expediting but so far heard nothing back. Would appreciate if someone could look into it and get back to me. Thanks.

I'm really sorry, it looks like we had some issues with the support system we didn't even know about till now that meant a lot of tickets have not gotten reviewed.

We'll be getting back to everyone with an open ticket within the next few days.
