His frustration is understandable. Regardless of the tragedies that beset this project over the years; and regardless of the quality of Jim’s products, because of the nature of how long this project has been under construction, it will take hard evidence to quell the fears of the fan base.

Specifically, people are going to expect screen shots, dicsssions around game play, planned/staged release dates, etc. to feel like it’s happening.

The hard evidence is Jim's 20 years of producing quality products

FOF8 was rushed out half completed, yes Jim has given us updates to fix some issues and we thank him for it, but defense does not work on it.

The issue is will the game be released. Their fear is based on the new fof never being released. They seem to need "hard evidence" that it will be. I think Jim's 20 year history of releasing versions of fof is that "hard evidence".

If one knows Jim's history one knows

one knows none of this makes a difference.

People forget that they're moving from something so outdated and retro as current FOF to a completely new framework and trying to fit that into OOTP interface as well as I'm guessing reinventing the system. The previous update said they were thinking about allowing editing of schedules and possibly editing of league structures.
