SABERMATRICS Based Position
I feel like the game could use a analytics based personnel positon where they can give you their own reports and recommendations on wether the player is a good signing or not.

FM has a feature like that, it shows the pros and cons of the player and gives a recommendation of how that player would fit into the club. It would certainly be a good addition to the game.

Hmmm... So how would it be decided which version and which interpretations of sabermetrics the adviser believes? Note there are a lot of baseball fans who don't believe any of it. Just check the comments on the YouTube clips from Moneyball.

not at my game right now, but i believe in the current version, you can set up managers, gms etc to use sabermetrics in their decisions.... but since i don't use that setting, i am assuming the function could work better with a separate guru type position to facilitate it? As long as it's optional ....
