managing minors

Can you manage your major league team and one of you minor teams? Controlling all the game action and such. And can you just manage one of the minor teams if you chose?

Yes, you can. If you are the manager of the major league club, you can manage the games (along with the lineups, rotations, etc) of all of your affiliates. Select the league of the team you want to manage and, on the screen that shows that day's games, you will have the option to manage that day's game for your minor league team.

The only other thing he may want to do is to turn off this pre-game option so that the other games do not play themselves out in the background:
