XML park files instead of proprietary PRK files
I would love it if OOTP could import XML-formatted park files instead of relying on the PRK files it's been using.
Granted, this is a fairly selfish request - despite some help from Markus, I've not been able to get my ParkGen (OOTP Park Generator) utility to create a working PRK file - but XML is an absolute piece of cake. There is obviously already code in OOTP to handle reading and writing XML - the schedule files are just XML files - so I would think this wouldn't be too Herculean of a task. |

Curious why a proprietary file format is needed for such basic info.

Doesn't even need to be xml necessarily, just some way of being able to generate/edit ballparks with just a text editor or similar instead of having to manually edit input everything in an in-game editor.
