That first thing is possible. I wrote a mod to reimport the parks.csv file.

It lets you reimport teams, coaches, players, ballparks from the csvs that the game exports. I'll write up a readme at some point, but basically you point the program to your saved game directory, choose the relevant tab then click Start and Load and it will update the .dats (you need to be out of OOTP when running due to its autosave)

Just wanted to make sure my barrage of suggestions from last night will be processed. I'm not sure if I technically made it in before the October 5th deadline, but the thread is still open, so I'm hoping that means it will be.
