Suggestions
Draft Signing Bonuses, draft siginging bonuses, draft signing bonuses.

Reason
Adds a big financial aspect to the draft. Teams who draft high aren't guaranteed to get the best player and teams who draft lower can use their financials to build a good farm system fast through guys who may or may not sign.

Suggestion:
Have arbitration work properly.

Reason:
All arbitration players get close to their market value. IRL, fist year arbitration get less than second and second year arbitration players get less than a third year arbitration player. The jump from league minimum to arbitration can be huge and so I think that the arbitration process should be staggered over all three years, like real MLB.

Suggestion:
Allow us to set a maximum salary

Reason:
It would fit in well with salary cap or high revenue sharing leagues, and prevent some of the other problems that go along with massive contracts or massive demands.

Be able to set minimum and maximum ticket price ranges

Reason
We had a GM this season set ticket price to $1000 and make 171 million in gate
