Error report:

In the History section, on the individual position single-season fielding records single-season leaders master list, the record's year doesn't show up.

Suggestion
Change all image reference in HTML reports to all lower case to support all server types.

Reason
Currently the HTML reports reference player photos in all lower case (firstname_lastname) but team logos in standard format (City_Nickname) and apparently without regard to the actual filename. Changing all image references to all lower case will standardize and assist the community with naming files properly. Currently auto-generated HTML reports do not function as generated on UNIX servers.
