Force Starting

Suggestion
Let us use the force start ability on pitchers so we can make them stay starters or relievers.

Reason
I think this is important because many ppl including myself have found that the endurance system doesn't seem to be working correct. For instance the computer keeps starting guys with very very low endurance over guys with endurance to start.

Priority
In your opinion, how important is this suggestion?
High. I think it is high for me because it is hard to just sim games when the computer wants to change your rotations and put closers in the starters role.
