my suggestions for OOTP 10

My high-priority suggestions are:

1: National-team competitions (approaching the WBC coming)

2: The option for "buying and selling" (and also loaning) instead of trading (like soccer or European hockey)

3: A Spanish-speaking version for OOTP (maybe for OOTP 11, I'm sure they will be many Latin fans as volunteers for the Spanish-language translation)
