Organizational roster

One thing I would like added is a tool that shows all of the prospects in some kind of pipeline spreadsheet. This would be great so you can see who is leaving, who is progressing and who is not. This could be done by position and role and your scouting director could give you advice.

He could say Joe Brown will be in AAA next year or he needs another year at AA. Then when you go into the off season you can gain some more insight.

Also along those lines a season wrap up where something is said from throughout the organization on strengths and needs and maybe even happiness.

I liked the way OOTP4 and 5 handled this... there was one screen where you could see your entire organization, divided into Majors, AAA, AA, A, etc. You could see in a glance how many 2Bs you had, etc. It's probably tougher to do that now because the minor league system is expanded out to rookie ball, short A, etc. ... but it would be nice to have something like that ...

I would definitley like to have the option, a filter, that would allow you to see players at any level, multiple levels, or all levels. Seeing all your second baseman in the organization would make planning for the draft, trades, and free agency easier.

There are already filters on position, etc.
