I had a couple thoughts for improvements I'd like to see.

• Drafting players should be more of a mystery. There should be an option to hide everything but scouting reports (and have the computer generate HS and College stats) to go by.
• When a player is angry, I'd like to know why (i.e. more frequent e-mails from the player)
• I don't see enough trade proposals from the computer
• I'd like to see the ability to give players green lights to make their own call on stealing
• I'd like the ability to tell my minor league scout a basic template for what each roster should look like (i.e. 6 SP, 5 MR, 2 C, etc) so when you have the scouting dept handle promotions and demotions, it doesn't pile up guys in various areas. Age should also be a factor. Perhaps e-mails from the scouting department suggesting when log jams are present or position scarcity is present with recommendations on how to remedy that situation (via FA or releasing guys)
• Weekly Development report from the head scout on who's hot or cold in terms of development
• Daily Organizational Roundup (I.E. Scores from each of your team's games with perhaps a brief snip on who hit / pitched well and who didn't)
• I'd like to see the complete voting for awards (i.e. rookie of the year)
• Perhaps the option to subscribe to the daily major transaction log in the e-mail so I don't forget to check it.

That's all I've got for now. What do you guys think?

Some of your Ideas are good but will probley have to wait intill next year's version.
Most of mine will have to wait if not in this year's.
