Roster moves/team salary cap

Suggestion:
Solo gamers to have an option to set a maximum the number of roster moves allowed during a sim year. As well as an option to set a single team salary cap.
I.E--During a sim year I usually abide by the following rules:
Trades allowed---One per sim year
Resigning own players---One per sim year
Sign outside organization Free Agents---One per sim year
Rule V draft picks---One per sim year
Waiver claims---One per sim year

Reason:
To make the solo gaming experience more enjoyable. I seldom play in leagues anymore and would rather play solo leagues to avoid the league drama(s).

Priority:
Medium (I realize I am in the minority on strictly doing solo leagues.)

I was just wondering...........does anyone else see these as reasonable additions to the OOTP game?

Can't you do all that with house rules?

Dr. Wu,
Well yea true. However, it would make it impossible (or atleast harder) to cheat. LOL.

In reality, most GM's work under "House rules" handed down by owners.
IE: Yankees spend money like drunken sailors.
Royals, Reds, etc count every penny.
This would just add one more thing to an already great game.
