Expected role issues

For the past several versions of the game, there's been one minor issue that really bugs me....

Players with incredibly good contact, incredibly good eyes and incredibly good speed always demand to be in the middle of the lineup, even if they have absolutely no power.

I always end up trading for guys who hit .300+ with 100 BB potential and they always end up unhappy because I bat them leadoff, even though they never hit more than 5-6 home runs in a season. Can this logic be fixed so that players will want to bat leadoff instead of cleanup when their power rating is a 2 out of 20?
