Make AI-AI trading improve both teams

Currently AI-AI trading is based on quantity decided by the player from Very low to very high. Frankly, that's ridiculous. AI-AI trading should be designed to improve both teams, no more, no less. For example, if an AI team has a real need at catcher, it should trade an decent extra shortstop to a team with a need at shortstop and a decent extra catcher. Trading should not take place just to satisfy an arbitrary frequency.

Good idea. it's obvious that the trading between AIs makes little sense.
