Improve many things with Managers

It seams that Managers doesn´t play much difference.
Also looking strange that in my league Ozzie Guillen got fired then easily signed a 6- year contract with a Short-A team from another organization.

He is not the only one. I think greed intelligence and such things should be on managers too, not only players. The AI hire and fire managers with a big Q. High values and many years of experience doesn´t seam to play any difference. Managers do look just cosmetic...for the AI
Perhaps some new stats.

Naturally history on whatever happens over several years for a coach in signing, fired and hired.

In short upgrade the importance of a manager

I'd like to play with managers but not coaches. Don't think that is possible right now.

Sad enough it looks like managers that retires just dissapears from the game. Not like players that could be found among the retired players.
If you make the players TonyLaRussa a coach and he later retires as manager or coach, he is nowhere to be found as a manager/coach and also can be once more turned into a coach with all new records starting 0-0 win loss.
