Revenue for Stadium Rights

Maybe have offers from fictional companys to use their name on their stadium.

It could be a good way for weaker market teams to accept naming rights to help compete with bigger market teams.

Not sure who suggested i add revenue for my ABF teams for naming rights but i would love to see this as well. Would love to see The Chicago Hitmen of the Indy American League get some money for Ameritrade Stadium, even if the owners are the Ricketts.

Naming rights are a pretty small part of the revenue for a Major League club. Most such deals are only worth a few million per year.

I would like to see stadium building/ aging modeled in the game.

In general I would like to see more in depth stadium features. Something that allows construction of stadium and design and layout, maybe even location within the city. Being able to pay for it outright, through loans, or working out deals with the city to pay for it. Selling off of naming rights would be cool too.

Also playing with aging and upkeeping of a stadium. How much is someone willing to spend to upkeep a stadium as well as paying for stadium upgrades as they become available.

Just a few suggestions seeing the ballpark is just as important to baseball as the players are.
