Talk to pitcher in dugout

I'd like to see the ability to talk to your pitcher in the dugout while your team is at bat. Seems realistic to be able to ask them how fatigued they are while you're in the dugout and not have to burn a trip to the mound.

I talk to my pitcher all the time when he is in the dugout...sometimes i will talk to him in the shower, the car, in bed ask him why he threw that 3-2 slider in the dirt with the bases loaded that skipped to the backstop which scored a run and still left the bases loaded in the top of the 9th.
