Probably to late to be included in OOTP 12 but some way to do a trade where the teams have a certain amount of time to come together on a player to be named later. I don't know if the engine would support it but it would be unique, I am not aware of any baseball games period that include this ability and its actually played a fairly significant role in several trades in the past.

It's a great idea you have there!

The game, after all these versions, is to the point where AI "off the field" can be implemented more and where other things (ie, animations) are going to need to be added in order to stimulate future sales.
