In-game, on-the-field uniforms

I have two suggestions, hopefully for OOTP 12.

1. I've posted this elsewhere in the middle of another thread, but since so much user effort goes into creating uniforms for teams/players, I'd like to see an option to replace the player name boxes with just circles displaying a representation of the team uniform colors and jersey number for in-game, on-the-field views. Please note I am not talking about the FaceGen pictures of the players.

I would think this would also enable player numbers to be retired and then viewed on his team's history page along with a link to that player's historical information.

The user would ideally have the ability to select a border color for the circle; uniform number color; white, gray or alternate jersey color for the circle's fill-in background; and an option to display pinstripes if the team wears them.

Player names would still be revealed in the play-by-play and the side box that displays the lineup, so users would still be able to determine who is who on the field.

2. I see that this is already on the list of improvements for OOTP 12, but some continued improvement of in-game sounds would be fantastic.
