Baseball Academies

Might sound crazy to many, but how about baseball academies in various countries where you can attempt to cultivate talent? It could be part of the scouting section, but you could also assign coaches, mentors or instructors affiliated with your organization.

YES! I've been wanting this a long time and that would be the next step in the new scouting feature, assigning mentors and coaches to each facility would be awesome as well.

Yes, for sure needed... I know that STL still has a Venezuelan academy but no VSL team anymore, and the Hiroshima Toyo Carp may still have a Dominican academy, but no DSL team anymore.

This would be awesome, you pay a cost to set up the academy and players start showing up hoping to get signed.
