Hall of Fame Ballot - In Game

I'd like to see an annual Hall of Fame ballot in the game that would display HOF eligible retired players along with some of their basic statistics and history. The user could then select via checkboxes to Elect, Roll-Over or Drop. Right now I find it very cumbersome to try and remember who retired five years prior and then look up their stats, etc. Seems like it might be a relatively simple thing to program into the game.

This would be wonderful, I use utilities for this now, but this would be so much better.
