Re-import/re-populate dat files
Would be nice if all dat files were "updatable"...for me at least something such as the world.dat would be nice so we can make changes to updates to txt or xml files and load them into the game. And yes, this is my solution to the problem we are playing with in Wrong Country

Or possibly re-importing the .csv files after you've made changes to them - that had been on my wish list as far back as OOTP 2006.

Or better yet, being able to open the .dat files in Microsoft Access/Excel as you can with the Wolverine Studios games.
