1.It will be nice to having pitcher and batter animation during the game

2.It will be nice to having the opportunity to talk to player!Like if a player dont play well...tell her that he needs to wake up or to congrulate a player that play well!
3.Maybe have some interview after game with media
4.The in game presentation is AWEASONE but maybe work more on in game presentation because other things like roster control,trading,developpement etc...working very well!

I like your second idea, about being able to talk to a player. This should be done in a way so that it is not only a cosmetic feature. Maybe the manager's interactions with the players starts to create a personality for the manager, like if you are constantly telling players to shape up, you start to get a reputation as a hard-ass, and certain players might be reluctant to play for you.

As for your other, in-game graphic related suggestions, I'm pretty sure you're going to run into some resistance with those.
