Hall of Fame,All-Star, and Bonus improvements

The Hall of Fame voting should come up like everything else does during end of the year voting you should get a list of guys who retired 5 years prior and vote.
All Star voting should be easier like assigning the players to a position during voting like starter or reserve.
I should be able to give Jose Reyes a bonus for stealing 80 bases or David Wright hitting 40 hr's and they should strive for those goals and there moods should be affected if i bench them at the end of the year when he has 39 homers.
